Shipment and payment

1. Methods of delivery of ordered goods:
a) delivery to the Purchaser through a courier company to the address specified in the order form. 


2. The period of delivery of ordered goods is from 48 hours to 5 working days upon the order confirmation, provided that no other arrangements as to the delivery date resulting from stock supplies are made between UR Urszula Radwańska and the Purchaser at the order confirmation.

3. The cost of delivery of the ordered goods in the territory of Poland is incurred by UR Urszula Radwańska. The cost of delivery of the ordered goods abroad is incurred by the Purchaser according to the current pricelist of the courier company. Delivery is performed by the courier company GLS 

4. Methods of payment for the goods: 

a) direct transfer to the account of UR Urszula Radwańska

 b) payment through the PayU system
c) payment in cash upon receipt of the goods – cash-on-delivery shipment 


5. 5. In case of selection of:
a) payment in the form of transfer, the goods are sent upon payment of the total amount, i.e. price of the goods and shipment costs (if such costs are incurred) 

b) payment through the PayU system - the goods are sent when UR Urszula Radwańska receives from PayU the notice of Purchaser’s payment of the total amount, that is the goods price and shipment costs (if such costs are incurred)
